A 39-year-old woman has been charged after allegedly ramming a Mandurah bar with a Ford Mustang.

Police were called to the Monkey Bar on Pinjarra Road around 11pm on Tuesday following the incident.

The woman had been evicted from the venue due to staff believing she was too intoxicated.

"It will be alleged the woman had struck a staff member to their head with the heel of a high-heel shoe multiple times before leaving the venue, and then returned to the front of the building in a red Ford Mustang," a WA Police spokesperson said.

"It will be further alleged the Ford Mustang was driven into the front of the building several times, before the driver drove off from the scene."

Police then followed tyre debris on the road and a marking left by the metal rim of one of the wheels, eventually finding the Mustang parked outside a residence on Coastal Retreat in Wannanup.

The woman was arrested at the home and has since been charged with common assault, failing to leave a licensed premises when required to do so by an authorised person, reckless driving, failing to comply with a requirement made by police, unlawful act or omission with intent to harm and criminal damage.

She was refused bail and is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court today.
